Shipping Policy

All current and new orders will be shipping during the first week of January via FedEx. Tracking numbers will be provided once shipped.

Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are happy with your Fit Map and it is in "like new" condition,  contact us within a 15 day window of receipt and we will refund you the complete price of the product.

Fit Map does not cover the cost of returns, please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs. To begin your refund, please email us at customersupport@fitmaptrainer.com and we’ll make the process as pain free as possible.
